My son is a budding chef and is 14 years old can he attend a class?
Classes at the school are designed for persons 16 years and over. We offer specific classes for 12-16 year olds called Foodies & Future Chefs – a paying adult must attend with each child . We are unable to provide tuition to children under the age of 12 years.

I have a group of 10 friends and we would all like to come to a class together is this possible?
Our maximum party size on any published class is 8. We have found that group sizes larger than this can impact on the enjoyment of others attending the day. We do offer private group bookings please contact the school for further details.

Does Nick still own a restaurant?
Nick sold his restaurant Nairns in Glasgow in 2003 to focus his attention on the newly opened cook school.
