I have a recreational day gift voucher what does that entitle me to?
A recreational voucher will fully cover you to attend any of the classes we host here at the school apart from the classes that Nick teaches. However if you would like to attend a Nick class you can use your voucher towards the class and pay the balance.

I have a Nick Nairn Day voucher but can’t find a date that suits me can I use it on a recreational class?
Yes - due to the difference in price between a Nick Nairn day and a recreational day you will be issued with the difference in cash refund vouchers or alternatively a Nick Nairn day will very nearly cover 2 places on a recreational day so you can bring a friend by paying the small difference or even come along for 2 days.

I have a gift voucher does it have an expiry date?
All our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and need to be redeemed against a class that takes place within that period. Gift vouchers can also be redeemed against goods from our cook shop. Please note cook school vouchers are non refundable and no cash alternative can be provided.

I have been given a days gift voucher but I do not want to come to a class can I use it for something else?
Our vouchers are fully transferable. If you do not fancy coming along to a class you can let someone else come in you place or alternatively you can redeem you voucher against equipment from our cook shop. This can be done via our website or you can pop into our shop at the cook school to have a browse. The shop is open 9 to 5 - 7 days a week.

My voucher has expired or is just about to expire can I still use it?
It is still possible to use your voucher past its expiry date however there is an administration fee charged for every month it is extended past its expiry date. Please call the school on 01877 389 900 for more information.

I have just booked a place on a late availability class but I have not received my £25 voucher with the rest of my confirmation when will this arrive?
We will present you with your late availability voucher on the day you attend the class. It will be valid for that day to spend in our cook shop.
