Nick's classes are in huge demand, particularly as last years Christmas vouchers are dusted down and lucky recipients are in a booking frenzy!
We've managed to find another date in Nick's very busy diary and have scheduled his New Scottish Cookery 4 menu on Monday 15th November.
It's a polular classic menu starting with Filo Basket of Mussels with Bacon & Brie.
The main course is a delicious Roast Loin of Lamb with a Spinach Gratin & Tomato Basil Sauce. This delicious menu is rounded off with Bramble & Almond Tart, served with cr? Anglaise.
Places will fill fast, so get booking! more info
If you’re looking for the perfect gift or maybe just adding to your culinary collection the following products might be just what you’re looking for. When it comes to ice cream, we’re an impatient lot which is why we recommend the Zyliss Ice Cream Scoop (£10). It’s strong enough to make quick work of even the most solid tub of delicious ice cream. Our Mortar and Pestle (£16.50) might not be the most high-tech item in our selection but there’s something to be said for a product that’s over 3000 years old and hasn’t aged a day! What’s in a name? When it comes to our Blinis Pan (£10), the answer is not much. Of course it’ll make perfect blinis but this little cast iron gem is also perfect for rostis, pancakes and even perfectly shaped fried eggs. If you’re looking to add a little flavour to your life you can’t go wrong with our CrushGrind Salt and Pepper Mills (£25 each). The manufacturer quite modestly calls them “the world’s best mills” and we’d be inclined to agree.
