5 world class chefs. 1 remarkable week.
This November sees an amazing one-off residential course at the Nick Nairn Cook School, in Port of Menteith, near Stirling.
5 outstanding chefs will gather at the cook school for a week of extraordinary cookery classes.
The line up is: Andrew Fairlie, Scotland’s only 2-Michelin-star chef, Roy Brett, Scotland’s top seafood specialist, Phil Vickery, culinary genius and TV star, Paul Rankin, Ulster’s finest and Nick’s best buddy, and last but not least Nick Nairn himself.
Each day you will have the chance to spend quality time learning, cooking and eating with the UK’s best chefs while staying in lovely cabins on Nick’s parent’s estate on the shores of the Lake of Menteith in the beautiful Scottish countryside. From breakfast at the Cook School, through each day's learning and cooking, you'll dine in the evening with your fellow cooks at the Cook School, before returning to your accommodation for the night.
There will be an end-of-week banquet and wine from acclaimed wine-merchant Doug Wood of Woodwinters in Bridge of Allan & Edinburgh, and the chefs will be fully supported by John Webber, voted the UK’s best cookery school tutor.
