It was an exceptional day in all aspects and I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to learn and have fun in the kitchen of such a respected and enthusiastic chef. With not a trace of exaggeration I must say it was the best days corporate entertainment I have ever had and doubly so given the great people you had there and the fun we all had.

Thank you for a wonderful day at the School yesterday. We were tremendously well looked after by all the members of your team, and Molly was most helpful and professional in the lead up to the event. As you know, some of our guests had travelled from the South of England to join us, and it was a particular pleasure to hear from one of them that yesterday was "the best corporate hospitality event I have ever attended". The whole set up is a great advert for Scotland - the location, the quality of the school buildings, your team of chefs, and of course the added benefit of your own presence. It is wonderful to have a complete day away from the pressures of the office, and the relaxed "hands-on" approach makes for a great opportunity to socialize with our valued customers..
