| Falcon Appliances |
| Nick has been a Falcon customer for over twenty years – having used their commercial products in every kitchen he’s set up. They are renowned for the reliability in the commercial sector and in the domestic sector twin this reliability with sleek good looks and user friendliness. We have 10 new Falcon 1092 deluxe cookers in the hands-on station, stunning range cookers with every feature you really need in the kitchen – powerful burners, twin ovens, plate warming and a grill that rolls out on runners for easy use – why hasn’t anyone thought of that before? When Phil Vickery came to the school to do a class last year, he was so impressed with the cookers that he rushed out and bought one for his home kitchen – need we say more? |

| CP Hart Bathroms and kitchens |
| Cp Hart are no ordinary kitchen company. Their designers worked long and hard to create a unique kitchen that would not only look great, but also withstand over 5,000 keen cooks every year here at the school. The main hands on area features the versatile and practical cream CP Hart kitchen, complimented by stainless steel work surfaces. Our favourite feature is the special self closing “blumotion” drawers. Yes, that’s right -self closing! If Porsche made kitchens they’d have drawers like these!
The demonstration kitchen most certainly has the wow factor – CP Hart selected the rich, sleek and oh-so-sexy Poggenpohl Spanish Red Kitchen for here. A truly breathtaking choice.
Our loos have had the CP Hart treatment too – on a visit to their showroom Nick was won over by the stunning Alessi wash hand basins and had to have them for the school.

| Forbo Nairn |
| We had their wonderful marmoleum flooring in the original school kitchen, which took a good beating on a daily basis, yet still looked fantastic four years later. When it came to the flooring for the new school, Forbo where our obvious first choice. Co-incidentaly Forbo were launching a new floor product called colourful greys – a range of greys that reflect different colours in different lights. This new range caught the imagination of our architect, Lisa Le Grove, and an exiting flooring design was born.
Lisa used the product in many interesting ways – visitors to the school will see it used as wall coverings, table coverings and forming a shop display. We’ve even discovered that it makes the ideal surface for rolling pizza dough!
Forbo have a team of highly specialised fitters, whose passion for the product is infectious. There skills are seriously impressive and know know bounds – from intricate pattern cutting and of course logo cutting – take a look at our reception floor for a taster.
All this and it’s also an all natural product made it Scotland!
