Demonstration dishes - Warm salad of pigeon with parsnips & lentils; Steamed mussels with fresh green flavours

You will learn from demonstration: Produce technique & harmony, Cooking in advance, mise en place and service, Making caramel, Construction of a warm salad, Deep frying parsnips, Mussel buying & preparation, Balancing Asian flavours

10am - 4.45pm approx
