Over the last year or so businesses have had to re-evaluate their offer in order to make their offering stand out from the rest. We've had many of our customers interested in courses geared up for industry professionals and as a result have a number of courses aimed at this sector. Our first is our Master class pro: B&B and guesthouse catering.

The focus on day one will be stunning and inspirational breakfasts & desserts and day 2 will be looking at evening meals. Being a business course, we will cover storage, costing, planning and mise en place to make sure your kitchen capers are stress free.
In addition to catering businesses, this course would also benefit larger family cooks and also those who like to entertain larger numbers.

It’s time to think stocking fillers and fantastic foodie gifts. What would we recommend? No Christmas stocking, or indeed kitchen, is complete without the Cook School Board Scraper. At £9 it’s the perfect little something for the extended family members passing through on Christmas day. Make an impression with your festive food by using our stainless steel mousse rings. Perfect for presenting dauphinoise potatoes, chocolate fondants and, er, mousse amongst other things!
