We've had many of our customers interested in courses geared up for industry professionals and as a result have a number of courses aimed at this sector. Our first is our Master class pro: B&B and guesthouse catering.
The focus on day one will be stunning and inspirational breakfasts & desserts and day 2 will be looking at evening meals. Being a business course, we will cover storage, costing, planning and mise en place to make sure your kitchen capers are stress free.
In addition to catering businesses, this course would also benefit larger family cooks and also those who like to entertain larger numbers.
