This tarragon chicken recipe is one I turn to time and time again. Tarragon and chicken are the best of friends. For those that love them, the addition of wild mushrooms really make this creamy chicken dish in a single pan a favourite.

We'll learn all about how to saute meat so that it's perfect every time - with a crisp golden crust on the outside but soft and tender inside. No rubbery chicken here!

And the pud is a proper treat - buttermilk panna cotta - my take on the perfect Italian cooked cream desert, served with marinated summer berries in a tasty kaffir lime syrup.
