The risotto of shrimp and herbs is a delicate thing - and Nick will teach you to make the perfect risotto, and which herbs work best with the shrimp.

A five-star monkfish main with Nick's classic pea, lettuce stew and tasty homemade pesto mash. Then a deliciously citrussy pud to finish. A great cooking day!
