Guy Grieve is an adventurer and entrepreneur whose fight for sustainability led him to start up a multi-award winning ethical fishing company on the Isle of Mull. He skippers the family fishing boat, Helanda, and dives for king scallops that are prized by chefs throughout Britain.

He's lived solo in the heart of Alaska, skippered a sail boat from Venezuela to Scotland
and published books along the way, all before establishing The Ethical Shellfish Company with his wife Juliet from their home on the Isle of Mull in April 2010.
Join Nick & Guy for a day of worldly adventure stories, fantastic dishes and all things seafood. The day costs £195 per person and is part of our Scottish chefs week, the other days will host Tony Singh, Gary MacLean, Jamie Scott & Michael Smith.
