Nick's own small batch, hand-crafted gin.
Nick's been busy over the last few months perfecting his own gin.
Inspired by botanicals from the shores of the Lake of Menteith in
the heart of the Trossachs National Park, where Nick grew up
and of course the home of the Cook School.
Nick's gin contains carefully balanced base notes of Juniper, Angelica
Corriander and Winter Savory with key notes of Rosemary, Fennel
and Lemon Verbana.
All of the botanicals are lovingly hand-harvested, dried and
distilled to Nick's own recipe and the first small batch will
be available from the 27th of July where he will be launching
it at the inaugral Nick Nairn Foodie Festival.
We're expecting demand for the first small batch of Lochend Gin to be high.
