Port of Menteith Cook School in the heart of the Trossachs National Park.
demonstrated and prepared by Nick, who will join everyone in the dining room to eat and
to create for your breakfast - Nick’s own smoked salmon with Gloagburn free range
scrambled eggs served on Mhor sourdough - simply heavenly!
12.30 Andrew will then take the reigns and teach a three hour class -
